The best place for reviews of baby stuff is hands down the Baby Bargains book. It's at Barnes & Noble and Borders and completely worth the price.
It'll even answer your other two questions :o)

Bottle Sanitizer is not necessary. Running everything through the dishwasher is sufficient. You really don't need as many blankets as you think you'll need. I would say 2-3 receiving blankets and maybe 2 heavier blankets will do nicely. As for a website for reviews, I do not know. Sorry I can't help with that one. We use Graco strollers and carseats and are very pleased with them. - Sarah Nash

I swaddled my daughter almost every time she slept for the first month or so, and 4 receiving blankets was enough for me, but my daughter wasn't a spitter, so that helped. I had a whole stack of hand-me-down blankets in the closet just in case.
