Question

In an attempt to get my body in shape after having a baby, I am looking for any suggestions you might have...a friend of mine suggested I do "Thyroid Yoga." Has anyone done this, or known of anyone who has gotten involved in this kind of workout? I am totally interested but don't know where to start... Fill me in people...

    Hi Erin,
    Sorry I haven't been in touch after you "found" me at Rittman this year. I have been following your life via your blog, & this topic made me really want to recommend the Body for Life program. It's a book by Bill Phillips (or go to www.bodyforlife.com), and it's awesome. Even if you just do the eating part & exercise moderately I'll bet it would work. (Email me if you have time.     If you're looking for Yoga to do, then I like Rodney Yee's tapes. If you're looking for healthy eating then I'd head towards the GI diet guidebook - there's one by Rick, rick...I can't remember his last name, but he's a Canadian and the recipes are great and it's not hard to follow at all.
