Before and After

Here is a before and after shot of Jonathan wearing the same shirt...(notice in the newer one it can't even be buttoned!) The "skinny" one was taken on 11/20 and the "chubby" one was taken today (1/13)

Who's your mama?

Here is a picture of me at 3 months, and Jonathan at 10 weeks...I think he's got my cheeks...and chin...

Back to School

Ok, so it wasn't soooo bad...I only cried for half of the way to work. Not too bad. Jonathan did well at his daycare! He was the only kid there today so he got plenty of spoiling! On another note...welcome back Mrs. Turner...one of my students (remember I teach 2nd grade...) brought a knife to school today and threatened to stab a 1st grader. Oh, I've soooo missed teaching.

Praise God...

from whom all blessings flow!

A wife of one of the pastors at church does at home daycare and has an opening for Jonathan! She only has 2 other kids, and charges about half of what the daycares out here charge! I'm so excited...and relieved!!!!

oh my gosh, he is 9 weeks old today! I will post pics later today!!!!!

traditions

Every year for New Years Eve, Jason and I would get a bottle of wine and shrimp cocktail to toast in the New Year. Over the past 6 years we have saved the corks from all of our bottles of wine. It was weird not doing that this year.

I hope you have found the happiness you were looking for Jason, I hope you had a great New Years...you claimed you were just so miserable in our marriage, so I'm sure you had an awesome time wherever you chose to celebrate.

I have created a new New Years tradition...last night (or whenever it was...!) Jonathan and I popped open a bottle of Soy Formula and partied the night away! It was quite hilarious actually because he was so gassy he sounded like a little machine gun farting the way he was! I needed to laugh though, and it was the perfect evening...HAPPY 2006 EVERYONE!!
