Old friends

So, this past week an old friend got back in touch with me, which I was really excited about because this was one of the friends I really regretted losing touch with over the years. Found out he is now living in California and working at a children's home, which is awesome! Glad to be back in touch Clint...despite all of the torture you put me through...! ha!

Question

In an attempt to get my body in shape after having a baby, I am looking for any suggestions you might have...a friend of mine suggested I do "Thyroid Yoga." Has anyone done this, or known of anyone who has gotten involved in this kind of workout? I am totally interested but don't know where to start... Fill me in people...
